Basic provisions
1. These Personal Data Protection Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules”) regulate the basic principles of personal data collection, processing and storage, as well as the procedure according to which the data controller Radviliškio autoverslas, UAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Company”), company code 171655621, controls personal data in the online store.

2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data are governed by these Rules, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.
3. When processing personal data, the Company is guided by the following basic principles:
3.1. Personal data is collected for specific and legitimate purposes;
3.2. Personal data is processed accurately and honestly.
3.3. Personal data is processed legally, i.e. only in the following cases:
3.3.1. the data subject has given his/her consent;
3.3.2. when concluding or fulfilling a contract then the data subject is one of the parties thereof;
3.3.3. Personal data shall be processed in the legitimate interests of the Company or the third party whom the personal data is provided to, if the interests of the data subject do not prevail.
3.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
3.5. Personal data is stored no longer than it is required by the purposes thereof.
3.6. Personal data is processed only by authorized employees.
3.7. All information about the processed personal data is confidential.
3.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate is duly notified about the processing of personal data.

1. The personal data of the buyer or potential buyer (name, phone number, email address and other specified information) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
1.1. to provide leasing offers;
1.2. to prepare financial documents;
1.3. to fulfill other contractual obligations.
2. When processing and storing the Buyer’s personal data, the Company applies organizational and technical means to ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, modification, disclosure, as well as from any other illegal processing.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
1. The Company shall reserve the right to transfer information to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Transfer of information or claims
1. In cases where the processing of personal data violates the law, the person who has consented to the processing of his personal data shall have the right to demand to change or terminate the data processing, with the exception of storage thereof.
2. After receiving the Buyer’s request for the processing of personal data, the Company shall respond thereto within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request. Only written requests regarding the processing of personal data are considered (by e-mail info@mkauto.lt or by post: Maironio g. 165, LT-82125 Radviliškis).
